If you're struggling to login to your account, there are a few basic things to check first:
Ensure you're logging into the right Cascade instance
Each customer has their own instance of Cascade with a dedicated login page. This will be in the form of:
https://yourinstance.executestrategy.net
If you're not sure what your instance name is, we've built a tool that you can use to look it up right here.
Trouble with usernames and passwords
If you know your instance name and have found the right login page, you may be having issues with your username and password. The easiest way to solve this is by doing a password reset using the 'I forgot my password or username" link.
Enter your email address and you should receive an email with your username and steps to reset your password.
Cascade will let you know that the link expires in one hour, and that you should check your spam folder for the email just in case. We also recommend checking with your IT department to see if the email is being blocked by security measures.
The reset email will have a subject line of "Reset your Cascade password or find username" and will look something like this:
If you for any reason you're still having trouble, get in touch with your Cascade admin for a manual password reset or to have them make sure your username is linked to the proper email (check for typos). You can also reach out to our team via live chat and we will help resolve your login problem.
Other reasons why you might not be able to login
In rare cases there may be other issues that are preventing you from logging in to your account. In all cases, the easiest solution is to contact us via live chat to assist. However for reference, here are a few reasons why you may not be able to login to your account:
-
Your organization has enabled single sign-on. In this case, you'll need to contact your own single sign-on administrator.
-
Your user account has been disabled by your Cascade administrator.
-
You have been un-appointed from your role in Cascade.
