Watching a goal will allow you to track and stay up to date on goals in your organization, as if you were an owner or co-owner of that goal.
To watch a goal all that needed to do is to click on the Three dots on the goal and next click on Watch Goal. Goals can also be watched through the Goal Hub, this can be done by opening up the Goal Hub sidebar, done by clicking on the goal itself. And click on the Three dots in the top right corner, and click on Watch goal.
