Analyzing Performance Results (Limited Support)

Results can be analysed by performance admin as soon as they come in. This can be done from the Reports> Performance page. Here you will be able to view how many appraisals have been completed, unlock or amend any appraisals that require further attention, and analyse how different organisational units compare to each other (and your target distribution).
